• Implementation of the software inclusive of setting up the Mengqi-Control Security Weigand TCP/IP RFID Door Access Controller for Head Office to assigned swipe RFID cards and key fobs to all IRP personnel with specific door access rights.
• Implementation of online virtual training for the Training Centre team to use Microsoft Teams for training for local and foreign customers. Introduced Microsoft Forms to facilitate online virtual exams with respect to the Covid-19 restrictions.
• Implementation of an Ubiquiti network inclusive of setting up the Unifi Dream Machine Pro UDM-PRO, Unifi Switch PoE 24 Port, Ubiquiti Unifi UAP-AC-PRO Wi-Fi access points and Ubiquiti Unifi Protect G4-Bullet Cameras for the relocation of the Technical Services team and IT equipment at Dome Service Station site at Cunupia.
• Implementation of cloud hosted Sage 100 2021 upgrade from on-prem Sage 100 2018: collaborated with the CloudatWork team to install Sage 100 2021 to pilot-test on client computers until the software is ready to go live.

• Implementation of Zabbix Monitoring Software inclusive of setting up on a cloud server which is connected to a virtual private network and a local proxy server. The cloud server monitors local and remote PCs/Servers hard drive space, processes running, ram memory used, scheduled tasks, website availability and automated testing login. The local proxy reports to the cloud server which includes network printer’s toner level, printer online/offline status, pages used, pages remaining. The Zabbix Monitoring Software will send an email notification to ICT staff when any of the devices and services is down.
• Implementation of Peachtree Accounting software inclusive of setting up Peachtree server and restoring past and present data on the Peachtree server.
• Implementation of DVR system inclusive of installation of hard drives on multiple DVRs, configuring DVRs with cameras and reviewing/retrieving video footage on web browser interface.

• Created virtual lab for Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10 Enterprise Edition to test and learn Active Directory on my personal custom-built desktop. Project: Virtual Active Directory Lab.
